Beetroot paratha


  • Beetroot, an healthy veggie can bring in yet another tasty version of regular bread base.
  • Boil beetroot, ginger and green chilli and grind it to smooth paste when done. 
  • Make a dough by mixing wheat flour, ground beets paste, salt, ajwain or cumin seeds(based on taste preference)
  • After resting for a while, knead the dough in desired shape and cook for tasty and colorful parathas.
  • Compliment the parathas with cucumber or mint raitha.
