Carrot soup
- Carrot, an healthy and tasty veggie, in the form of soup is again delicious and creamy by itself.
- Pressure cook the skin peeled carrot and ginger and make a smooth paste of the same once done and down to room temperature.
- Add it back to the water(which is used to boil the carrots).
- Season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
- Cook it till the first boil and is then good to be served with rusk or fried bread.
