  • Spinach, never thought it to be the star ingredient for a pulao recipe.
  • Make a smooth paste out of Cut spinach leaves, ginger, garlic, green chillies, pinch of salt , water as needed.
  • Substitute ginger garlic paste with this healthy green paste when you make pulao.
  • Can also include beans, peas and few other related veggies of your choice.
  • I thought to give it a try on Paneer.(Remember that is to be added at the very last as the cooking time is 7 - 10 mins, else it will be chewy)
