  • Dosa, everyone loves and won't get bored of with easily.
  • When we run out of Dosa batter, instant dosa comes in rescue. One of its kind is Ragi Dosa. 
  • Prepare a batter of running consistency by mixing equal portions of Ragi flour and rava, half portion of rice flour and curd, onions, carrot, green chilli, grated ginger, curry leaves, cumin seeds, black pepper powder, salt and water. (Do experiment with veggies of your choice/tempering)
  • After resting about 15-30 mins, On a hot tawa, pour the batter in desired shape. (Its pouring and not spreading)
