Beans Egg Scramble

Egg Scramble gets along with select veggies, one such is Beans. 
It is so simple to prepare and makes an excellent side dish for South Indian Kuzhambu variety.
Beans chopped - 1 -2 cup;Eggs - 3 

Preparation:
  • In a pan, add 3 tsp oil -> add finely chopped onions + 2 green chilli + 2 dried red chilli once the oil is hot and cook till the onions turn translucent. 
  • Add in the chopped beans and mix well -> add water + salt -> cook for 7 - 10 mins
  • In parallel, beat 3 medium eggs with little salt and add it to the pan once the beans is cooked through.
  • Give a gentle mix to combine eggs with beans completely and cook till the eggs are done.
