Shahi Paneer
Shahi, an Urdu word meaning "Royalties" is in reference to the royal title of Mughal Emperors - "Shahenshah".
Preparation:
- In a pressure cooker, add 2 tsp oil -> add in garam spices, 1 onion, 3 -4 tomatoes, 2 green chilli and 1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste (as in pic #1)and cook for 2 - 3mins
- Add water and pressure cook for 3 - 4 whistles
- Once it is cooked and down to room temperature, grind it to smooth paste
- In a separate pan, add 5 tsp oil -> add in all spice powders - 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp gram flour, 1/4 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder (as in pic #2) -> cook for 2 mins (Add in spice powder once when the oil is warm)
- Add the ground masala paste -> cover and cook till oil separates
- Add Kasoori methi -> adjust salt and water at this stage per the desired consistency. (Can optionally add honey or sugar)
- Add in the cut paneer pieces(250g approx) and cook for 7 mins.
- Tastes good with all bread varieties and subtle pulao varieties.

The LDPE shrink film has one of the most significant manners in providing good holding force along with good tear resistance and stretching ability. The shrinkage rate is considered moderate, shrinkage is not as dramatic as polyolefin, yet LDPE will still conform tightly to different shapes and sizes of packages.
