Mutton Seekh Kebab
Preparation:
- 100g appox minced mutton.
- In a bowl, mix all the below ingredients with minced mutton and let it marinate for a minimum of 1 hour.
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp amchur powder
- 1/2 tsp roasted gram flour
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilli, finely chopped
- coriander leaves finely chopped
- Can shape the mixture with help of bamboo skewers - take a portion of mixture and make a cylindrical shape out of it (can brush your clean hands with melted butter)
- Insert a skewer to it (slightly wet the skewer before using) -> frame a shape being in the skewer -> gently remove the skewer from it / if it is difficult to remove, can cook with skewers on.
- In a pan, add in 3 - 5 tsp oil -> place the shaped mixture and cook it from all sides in medium flame.
- Note : Charcoal flavor can be induced while the mixture is resting for marination
