Spinach Paratha
- Spinach Paste:
- Blanch washed spinach leaves for 7 -10 mins and then grind it along with ginger and green chilli to a smooth paste.
- For the dough,
- Mix wheat flour, ground spinach paste, ajwain or cumin seeds (optional) and implied ingredient - salt
- Add additional water only if required.
- After resting for a while, knead the dough in desired shape and cook on hot tawa.
- Proportion for dough kneading:
- Any custom paste like this/water should be half/slightly less than half of wheat flour (varies with respect to flour)
