  • Spinach Paste:
    • Blanch washed spinach leaves for 7 -10 mins and then grind it along with ginger and green chilli to a smooth paste.
  • For the dough,
    • Mix wheat flour, ground spinach paste ajwain or cumin seeds (optional) and implied ingredient - salt
    • Add additional water only if required.
  • After resting for a while, knead the dough in desired shape and cook on hot tawa.
  • Proportion for dough kneading:
    • Any custom paste like this/water should be half/slightly less than half  of wheat flour (varies with respect to flour)
