Chicken Shashlik Sticks
Chicken marination(minimum 30 mins, overnight for better flavor infusion)
- Boneless Chicken - 300g (I used boneless thighs)
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp / per spice level
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/8 - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Salt per taste
Vegetable marination(15 - 30 mins)
- Onions
- Bell peppers (all desired colors) - I used green and red
- Tomatoes(optional) - I used cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil - 2 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar - 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
- Salt per taste
Preparation:
- Arrange the veggies and chicken in skewers per your preferred order
- Roast them in a medium hot pan with 2 - 3 tsp oil/butter
- Flip often to cook in all sides.
