Chicken Shashlik Sticks

Chicken Shashlik

Chicken marination(minimum 30 mins, overnight for better flavor infusion)
  • Boneless Chicken - 300g (I used boneless thighs)
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp / per spice level
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/8 - 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt per taste
Vegetable marination(15 - 30 mins)
  • Onions
  • Bell peppers (all desired colors) - I used green and red
  • Tomatoes(optional) - I used cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil - 2 tsp
  • Garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt per taste
Preparation:
  • Arrange the veggies and chicken in skewers per your preferred order
  • Roast them in a medium hot pan with 2 - 3 tsp oil/butter
  • Flip often to cook in all sides.
